Responsibilities:

• Maintain the executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, 
• 負責總裁與各部門、集團與各子公司工作對接，
• 負責公司各部門文件的處理、流轉，對接財務部、營銷部、企劃部、物業部等；

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Property Development Industry or Banking，
• With experience and exposure in multinational company is  preferred
• Excellent inter-personal and communicational skills
• Young, Energetic and Presentable
• Good commanded of spoken & written in English & Mandarin is a Must
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application & Chinese Word Processing (Both Traditional & Simplified)
• Immediate Available is most preferred
• Candidate with less experience will also be considered
•  Station in Hong Kong & Xiamen，frequently traveling
