 神秘購物暗訪是一種消費者研究工具，神秘顧客被派往零售商店、酒店和其他企業，模仿真正的顧客，暗訪完畢後向客戶提供對他們的服務和產品的意見。我們的目標是協助改善客戶服務。

這份工作的合適人選需積極主動、友好而且非常有條理。我們希望你能說、讀、寫中文和英文。如懂其他語言會更佳，但不是必需的。曾擁有客戶服務經驗亦是一個優勢。

項目助理的工作主要是協助項目管理團隊在香港和亞洲各地執行神秘購物項目。你需要協助招募和協調神秘顧客、查看在線的評估報告、一般項目管理、同時亦可進行神秘暗訪以獲得額外收入。

Learning Curve is a Hong Kong based Mystery Shopping, Customer Experience and Training company working with local and international clients around Asia. We are looking for a special person to join our team in Sheung Wan. We are looking for a junior candidate who is interested in learning and growing from Project Coordinator to Project Manager in the future. Someone who is fun, flexible and fits with our team.

Mystery Shopping is a consumer research tool where people are sent into retail, hospitality and other businesses to review and report on service and products just like a real customer. Our aim is to help improve service for our clients.

The right person for this job has initiative, is proactive, friendly and very organised. We would like you to speak, read and write Chinese and English. Any other languages would be a bonus for us but not necessary. Experience in customer service is an advantage.

Your job supports the Project Management team to execute mystery shopping projects in Hong Kong and around Asia. You would help recruit and coordinate mystery shoppers, review online assessment reports, general project administration and even carry out mystery shopping visits for extra money.
