Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handling receptionist duties of greeting guests, answering the phone, mailing order, courier service
  • Receiving and directing incoming calls to appropriate personnel as well as providing administrative support to Admin Department
  • Handle administration works and ad-hoc assignment
  • Outdoor work will be required

Requirements

  • Form 5 or above
  • Minimum 1 year working experience or above
  • Excellent interpersonal skill, self-motivated and independent
  • Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua is a must)
  • Proficient of MS Office and Chinese word processing
