Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and operation of roadshow donor recruitment activities (e.g. venues booking, phone calling, data entry, minutes taking)
• Assist the operation of Oxfam Shop
• Carry out supportive work for other fundraising activities, including fulfillment and lettershop
• Assist the supervisor to organize different exhibition and fundraising campaigns

Requirements:  

• Tertiary educated with at least 2 years’ working experience
• Detail-minded with ability to work well in a team environment
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good telephone manner, numeric and communications skill
• Proficient in computer applications including MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Identification with Oxfam’s mission and vision is highly desirable
