Responsibilities:

• Liaise with internal departments and external parties on administrative and operations issues;
• Organize meetings, including drafting of minutes and other related documents.
• Provide administrative support such as presentation preparation, data entry, filing, documents handling
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder, formal secretarial training or experience in marketing is preferred
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Highly organized with excellent attention to details
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage deadlines
• Proper handling of confidential information is a Must
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua
• Independent, well-organized, outgoing personality and pleasant character
