Job Description

- Take care both program planning & delivery
Job Duties:
- Report to Training Manager to facilitate the retail training program in HK & Macau
- Prepare training calendar and materials
- Deliver classroom training and provide field coaching
- Review the training effectiveness and prepare periodic reports
Job Requirement:
- Degree holder with at least 4 years of relevant experience in retail training
- Cheerful, dynamic, and efficient team player
- Fluent written and verbal skills in English and Chinese
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
