Job Description
Job Duties
- File patient Notes and X-ray,
- Get patients notes out for next day,
- Sort the X-rays and phone reminders as required,
- Assist with phone patients who need reminders about bills,
- Assist with archiving patient notes,
- Receive phone call for making appointment, etc.
Job Requirement
Essential
- Proficiency in spoken English & Cantonese
- Fast & accurate typing skills
- Good telephone manner & interpersonal skills
- Willing to work at different locations (Central, Wanchai, Repulse Bay, and Clearwater Bay)
Preferred
- 2 years experience in Medical Field
- Good experience in Customer Service
