Job Description
Administration and Human Resources Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general reception, office administrative work and secretarial duties in HK office
- Greet visitors and guests in professional manner and serve tea for guests and staff if needed
- Provide general administrative assistance i.e. office supplies procurement, office operational maintenance, events coordination, logistic arrangement such as air tickets, hotel accommodation and transportation etc
- Liaise with internal and external parties foradministration support functions
- Able to handle multiple requests concurrently
- Perform human resources support
- Perform ad hoc assignments as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum of 2 year’s relevant experiences in handling administration duties
- Pleasant personality with good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Proactive, well organized, detailed minded, self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
- Good team player and able to handle multi-task issues
- Good command in spoken & written English and Chinese (Fluent in Mandarin is a must)
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
- Immediate available is preferred
