Responsibilities:

• Provide all-rounded secretarial and administrative support to the  Sales & Marketing Department
• Perform general administrative duties for Sales & Marketing support
• Handle daily correspondence, reports and other business documents
• Assist in ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• Form 6 and above; post-secondary education desirable
• At least 2 years relevant experience
• Familiar with MS office word and excel, Chinese word processing
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Well organised be attentive to details and able to work independently
• A pleasant and mature person as well as a good team player
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Immediate available is preferred
