Job Duties :

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to Director
• Responsible for travel arrangements and hotel accommodation
• Screening phone calls, handle mails and other personal matters
• non-office hour standby is required 
• Other ad hoc duties as required 

Job Requirements :

• Higher Diploma or above with 1-2 years relevant working experience
• Good Communication skills in written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good command in Japanese / Thai is preferred  
• Independent and able to work under pressure
• Mature, well-organized, self-discipline and good interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented in workflow processes and resolution
• Good in PC & Office Software skills
• Willing to travel
• Immediate available is an advantage
