Job Description
Our client is a worldwide leading Contractor in the engineering, project management, manufacturing and installation of architectural envelopes and interior systems.
Responsibilities :
- Handle full spectrum of Human Resources functions
- Calculate monthly payroll, MPF and final payment and prepare payroll reports
- Prepare staff income tax reports and submit to IRD
- Assist in staff recruitment functions, salary survey and interview
- Assist to ad hoc projects
Requirements :
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- 3 years relevant experience in sizable company
- Well versed in Hong Kong employment ordinances and related regulatory requirements
- Detailed-minded with good organization, interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS office applications
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
