Job Description
Job Purpose:
To manage recruitment activities and provide effective advice/solutions to line managers on recruitment and staffing issues. Identify and recruit the right talent.
Key Accountabilities:

To be responsible for hiring of below managerial level positions for stores

Support Manager in managing all aspects of recruitment activities

Liaise with managers on recruitment needs and monitor the recruitment process meeting the expectation of Hiring Managers

Responsible for hiring quality and timeliness

Identify ways to improve Pedder Group’s ability to attract talent
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably gained from sizeable retail company
- Effective communicator, initiative and compliance sensitive
- Attentive to details with the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent in both spoken and written English and Chinese with conversational Putonghua
- Strong computer skills at advance level, typically on MS Excel and other office applications
