Job Description

 Job Purpose:

To manage recruitment activities and provide effective advice/solutions to line managers on recruitment and staffing issues. Identify and recruit the right talent.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • To be responsible for hiring of below managerial level positions for stores
  • Support Manager in managing all aspects of recruitment activities
  • Liaise with managers on recruitment needs and monitor the recruitment process meeting the expectation of Hiring Managers
  • Responsible for hiring quality and timeliness
  • Identify ways to improve Pedder Group’s ability to attract talent

  

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably gained from sizeable retail company
  • Effective communicator, initiative and compliance sensitive
  • Attentive to details with the ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent in both spoken and written English and Chinese with conversational Putonghua
  • Strong computer skills at advance level, typically on MS Excel and other office applications
