Responsibilities :

• Prepare and handle full set import shipping documents independently (e.g. invoice, packing list, manufacturer declarations, certificate of origin, I/E declaration etc.)
• Liaise & communicate with suppliers / forwarders / different parties for arranging order, shipment & custom matters
• Keep track of vessel details and delivery schedule to ensure timely arrival of goods and documents
• General office & administrative work, plus any ad-hoc duties assigned

 Requirements :

• Diploma or above
• At least 2 years working experience in shipping area
• Familiar with MS Office (Excel, WORD), Chinese typing
• Good communication skills with proficiency in Cantonese and English
• Immediate available or short notice period is preferred
• Responsible & well-organized team player, able to work under pressure
• Stable working history
• Immediate is highly preferred
