Requirements:

- Higher Diploma or above with 1-2 years relevant working experience.

- Independent and able to work under pressure.

- Mature, well-organized, self-discipline and good interpersonal skills.

- Good Communication skills in written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

 - Fresh Graduate and IANG would be considered

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible to provide professional secretarial and administrative duties to Managers and Directors.

- Handle correspondence telephone calls & emails.

- Provide office administration duties and filing system management.

- Provide assistance on PowerPoint presentation materials preparation.

- Collect and prepare information for use in discussions / meetings of internal staff and outside individuals.

- Handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature.
