OneCare Group is looking to expand its sales force throughout the H.K. We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated individual to join us.

Job responsibility and requirement:       

• Support to the Sales Manager across multiple functional areas.
• Draft reports and letters.
• business project and daily operation.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders and ad-hoc assignments timely and independently.
• Updating sales contracts, purchase orders in ERP system.
• Provide customer services to answer phone call enquiries.
• To perform administrative duties 
• Shipping document knowledge is preferable 

Requirements: 

• Form 6 or above, Degree will be an advantage
• At least 3 year relevant working experience in trading/ manufacturing firm
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, detail-minded, able to work independently, handle pressure and meet tight deadline
• Excellent command in both Spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Proficient in PC Skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing

13-month pay and 5-day working week.

Candidate who have less experience will be consider as Customer Service Assistant.
