Key Roles and Responsibilities 

• Prepare administrative & clerical support to Warehouse Department, such as Data Entry, Filing, Import & Export documentation, etc;
• Maintain proper documentation system according to GMP standard; 
• Update our FlexSystem database;
• Perform duties as required by supervisor; &
• Assist in other ad hoc duties as required.

Qualifications and Experience   

• Diploma or above in Business Administration, Secretarial or Administration Management or equivalent studies;
• At least 2-3 years Warehouse's Clerical Experience;
• Good command of Chinese and English;
• Good in MS Office application and Chinese Word Processing;
• Pleasant, hardworking and willing to learn; &
• IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE is highly preferred.
