Responsibilities:

• Work major in C&B administration such as: Maintain HR record, Payroll calculation, MPF contribution, Recruitment, Communication with staffs of retail outlet, Terminations, Taxation, EC cases etc.
• Assist in the F&B (restaurant) of HR administration.
• Handle the project of HRIS migration & implementation.
• Assist other HR function including training, events of employee relations.
• Handle correspondence, HR enquiries, daily administrative functions.
• Participate in ad hoc projects.

 Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• 3 years experience of full-set HR Administration in the field of F&B (Restaurant) or Retail Industry.
• Familiar with Hong Kong employment ordinance and other employment related legislations.
• Strong in Excel and other computer skills including HRIS
• Well-organized, meticulous, systematic and work independent.
• Self-motivated, energetic and willing to deal with people at all level.
• Good command in both English and Cantonese.
• Can work independently.
• Immediate available is a MUST.
