Job Duties

• Provide administrative support to the division in relation to consolidation of business data/ information, preparation of presentation materials, compilation of excel spreadsheets, etc.
• Assistant supervisor to prepare related work as required such as promotion materials, proposals, minutes, letters, and other relevant correspondence materials;
• Responsible for all the logistics and coordination work for projects / events related activities under supervision.
• Handle general office administration and participate in ad hoc tasks as assigned
  
  

Requirements

• University Graduate in Marketing/ Retailing/ Fashion Merchandising/ Business Studies or other related discipline 
• Familiar with internet and social media for promotion is a must
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
• Sound PC knowledge in MS office, special in Excel
• Cheerful, talkative and persuasive with good telephone skills
• Self-motivated, energetic & able to work under pressure
• Able to work flexible working hours
