Job Description
Job Duties:
- Provide overall clerical support
- Handling telephone calls, filing, , memorandum Chinese correspondence
- Handing administrative duties (e.g. data entry, invoice and filing etc.)
- Handling enquiries and phone calls.
- Handling inputting data
Job Requirements:
- F5 or above preferable with Diploma in formal secretarial/or commercial training
- At least 1years of relevant secretarial or administrative working experience
- Hardworking, willing to work under pressure and independent
- Immediate availability
- Excellent PC knowledge and Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
Typing Speed: Chinese 50/wpm, English 40/wpm
