Responsibilities:

• Support sales with inputting data into the CRM system
• Support finance with admin tasks
• Support General Administration Function for office, maintenance of office environment, procurement of office supplies, insurance matters
• Use a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets, and databases, to ensure the efficient running of the office
• Record office expenditure and manage the budget
• Review and update health and safety policies and ensure they're observed
• Manage legal matters with the local legal office
• Manage the procurement of office supplies, new devices
• Handle incoming mail
• Liaise with Httpool group for all back office related tasks

Specific skills and knowledge:

• Min. 1 year of experience in administration or office management, team assistant or similar function
• Able to handle a broad variety of tasks in an efficient manner
• Good problem-solving skills
• Structured, organized and good in planning
• Excellent communications skills in Cantonese and English – both written and oral
• Attention to detail, and a bias for proactively resolving issues
• Aptitude, positivity, and a preference for working in small, collaborative teams with low supervision
