Responsibilities:

• Handle leasing negotiation, meeting with existing and potential tenants
• Prepare presentation materials, reports and tenancy documents
• Prepare and maintain leasing database and filing system
• Provide administrative support to the team
• Handle ad-hoc assignment when necessary

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Studies, Real Estate or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years' experience in retail leasing, preferably with property developer or landlord background
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Proactive,  detail-minded and be a good team player
• Able to work under pressure with tight schedule and multiple tasks
