Job Description

With around 12,000 employees, our client is a leading garment manufacturer and exporter with production factories in China and Asia countries, and now looking for Senior Human Resources Manager (SHRM) (Station China or Overseas) to support the rapid business expansion and provide timely and responsive HR functions to the business development and operations.

Job Description

Reporting to HRD and GM, the SHRM (China or Overseas) will be required driving and executing HR strategies for excellent human resources management for the factory via HR planning and execution of organizational HR initiatives, formulating strategies to support the business operation.

Key duties:

  • Provide full spectrum of HR functions and ensure all the HR operation and management in line with legal requirements
  • Formulate and implement strategies, policies and guidelines for driving operation excellence and cost effective management
  • Establish departmental measurable KPIs that support the accomplishment of strategic goals
  • Handle annual budgeting, manpower planning, succession plan and talent management 
  • Lead HR projects and change management related initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience in sizable company (with at least 5 years at managerial level or department head ) preferably in garment manufacturing field
  • Well-versed in China labour ordinance
  • Excellent people management, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office application especially Excel & PowerPoint
  • Station China or Overseas
  • Less experience will be considered as HR Manager
