-       Knowledge of HTML/Website/Mobile App is a MUST
-       Designs masterpiece to attract tons of like
-       Excellent skills of using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Fireworks
-       Understands layout, typography, color and other design principles
-       Loves design to a point that you would try to find a job where you could design all the time    
-       Thinks and researches before you design
-       Knows usability can be elegant and beautiful
