Responsibilities

• Handle telephone calls, reception enquiries and guest greeting in a professional manner
• Provide clerical, administrative and logistics support
• Participate in ad-hoc duties as assigned, including but not limited to auction related activities

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in administration or customer service
• Good command of English and Cantonese, Mandarin a must
• A good team player, pleasant, cheerful, discreet and dependable
• Good PC knowledge with proficiency in using MS Office and Chinese WP
• Candidates with (i) Knowledge in jewellery and/or (ii) GIA diploma is an advantage
