The Job

• Work closely with the Operations Manager to coordinate the projects and provide administrative supports during whole project cycles
• Liaise with different stakeholders, including but not limited to internal stakeholders and external service providers, to ensure projects are delivered smoothly in the timeframe
• Proactively to review existing workflows and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
• Prepare analytical reports with recommendations for management review
• Prepare communication materials to facilitate the projects’ implementation in an effective way
• Lead and coach teammates to handle assigned duties
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by Superior

The Person

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of retail management experience particularly in retail operations, with a leader or supervisory experience will be an advantage
• Knowledge of IT system of store management is an advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Sounds in a logical and analytical mindset
• Proactive with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
