Job Description
We are a well-established financial institution which carries out Type 1, Type 6 and Type 4 & 9 regulated activities. We are looking for high caliber candidates to join our team to meet with our business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily operations of reception counter in a professional manner;
- Handle and maintain phone calls, guests greeting, guest seating area and conference room neat and tidy;
- Arrange courier services, incoming and outgoing mails;
- Handle procurement of stationery and other office supplies;
- Co-ordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operation;
- Provide full spectrum of clerical and general administrative support to the department;
- Responsible for document delivery, bank transfers and other outdoor tasks;
- Prepare, maintain and update documentation / database in proper and systematic mode.
Requirements:
- F.5 or above with 3 years working experience in receptionist and / or administrative field;
- Experience in banking and / or financial industry is an advantage;
- Fluent spoken of English and Mandarin;
- Customer oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Capable to work independently;
- Immediate available is preferred.
