櫃台行政人員

【工作＆休假】

固定上班9:00-18:00。固定休假每週六、日。

【工作地點】

九龍觀塘海濱道181號One Harbour Square20樓

【招募條件】

1. 中學以上文憑畢業。

2. 具3年以上工作經驗。

3. 曾任職於銀行、金融相關產業，或具備高級飯店、客戶服務、售後服務中心、接待中心經驗。

4. 親切、擅長溝通者尤佳。

【工作職責】

1. 接聽電話

2. 來賓接待（倒茶水、咖啡等）

3. 客户資料登記及行政相關作業

4. 負責辦公室物品補給

5. 負責辦公室環境清潔

【待遇】

1. 薪資15,000~18,000 (可面議)

2. 符合並優於香港雇傭條例

Monday to Friday 9:00-18:30

Saturdays and Sundays are holiday.

Requirement

1. “High dip” degree is a must.

2. At least 3 years of experience

3. Experiences in after-sale service center, reception center and customer service preferred

Job description

1. Answer and forward incoming phone calls

2. Greet and welcome guests

3. Perform other administrative duties

4. Order office supplies

5. Ensure the office is tidy and presentable

Salary

1. Salary：15,000~18,000 (negotiable)

2. Comply with or be better than HK employment regulations.
