Job Responsibilities:

• To assist the Executive Secretary in providing secretarial services and personal matters for the Senior Management
• To assist to manage daily calendar and appointments
• To coordinate travel schedules, including updating travel itineraries, air-ticket & hotel reservation, transportation arrangement, etc
• To supervise the drivers and arrange pickup services
• Ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder with formal secretarial training 
• At least 2 years secretarial experience, preferably in sizable companies
• Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese, including Mandarin 
• Pleasant, independent, good presentation & communication skills
• Proficiency computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel & Chinese word processing
• Immediate available or short notice is preferred
