The Role:

• Manage full spectrum of general affairs and office management
• Formulate and review administration policies, procedures and guidelines to maximize staff productivity and optimize the use of company resources
• Develop and establish policies that promote company culture and vision
• Responsible for HR related duties
• Be fully responsible and to be proactive for all aspects of Company operations, and to provide solutions and recommendations to management
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required

 The Person:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Has at least 5 years of Administration and Human Resources experience
• Excellent negotiation, planning and organization skills;
• Able to work on multi-tasks independently or as a team member in a fast pace environment
• Detail-minded, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Has good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in office software including PowerPoint,Word and Excel
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Administration Manager
