Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment & selection, compensations & benefits, tax reporting, employee relations, performance management, training and other Administrative functions;
- Providing professional HR advisory services with operational support to the business units;
- Analyze, identify and develop effective HR and Administrative strategies, policies and procedures to support the business needs in achieving business goals and visions;
- Identify and source new recruitment channels;
- Coordinate company events and employees activities; and
- Lead and participate any other ad-hoc projects when required
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or related disciplines;
- 8 years or above solid HR generalist experiences with at least 3 years at managerial level;
- Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other statutory regulations related to employment;
- Fluency in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
- Knowledge and experience in HRIS is an advantage;
- Good team player with commitment to quality work and tight schedule; and
- Able to work independently and communicate well with people of diverse background
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as HR Manager
- Immediate available is highly preferred
