Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle full set export shipping documentation;
- Handle of L/C shipments, export licence & declaration by Tradelink;
- Co-ordinate with HK warehouse, transportation companies & forwarders for shipments;
- Documentation filing;
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above;
- 3 years of relevant working experience;
- Able to handle export docs, L/C banking docs and Tradelink system independently;
- Good command in Chinese, English & Mandarin;
- Familiar with MS Office applications including Word & Excel, Lotus Note, Oracle and Tradelink system;
- Good communication skills, optimistic, cooperative and initiative;
- Immediate available is preferred.
