Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling Human Resources & administration work for the office, food factory and F & B retail outlets in HK
• Deal with all rounds of HR duties including recruitment, weekly roster preparation, payroll, attendance record, day off and annual leave record etc.
• Provide administrative support
• Provide clerical support such as draft meeting minutes and correspondences
• Communicate with staffs actively to provide constantly support
• Any ad-hoc tasks and assignment form AGM and Managing Director

Requirements

• At least 6 years working experience in HR & Admin field; in which, minimum 2 to 3 years’ management experience.
• Good knowledge of HK Labour Laws and occupational safety issues.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Chinese.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Resourceful, detail-minded, willing to learn, positive attitude
