Our client is a well-established company in HK for more than 30 years with over 2,000 employers in HK/Macau/China.  Currently, they are looking for the strong caliber to take up the role of Asst C&B Manager:-

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional HR service in C&B functions on group and local level;
• Perform annual salary review, job grading structure review and job mapping exercise;
• Monitor C&B administration and transactions related but not limited to payroll checking, MPF, staff cost allocation, salaries tax, medical insurance and benefit administration for HK, China and Macau;
• Enhance and maintain HRIS and assist in ad hoc C&B related projects.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in HR Management or related disciplines;
• At least 8 years HR experience with solid C&B skills gained in sizeable organisations, with engineering background is preferable;
• Detail minded with strong interpersonal and communication skills, people management and influencing skills;
• Strong analytical thinking with good numerical sense;
• Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and PRC legislations is ideal;
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Chinese;
• Strong skills in Excel, Words, Powerpoint, Chinese word processing;
• Candidates with Macao / PRC exposures is an advantage.
