Job Descriptions:

• Develop, Deliver & facilitate soft skills training including orientation program
• Coordinate the pre-and post-training logistics to enable smooth delivery of training course
• Analyze, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the Mystery Shopper program
• Maintain training records and prepare evaluation reports
• Handle department administrative work
• Participate in ad-hoc project as assigned

Requirements:

• University graduate
• At least 2 years’ experience in training preferably in retail industry
• Strong presentation and communication skills, customer-oriented mindset
• Pro-active, fast-paced, work independently & good time management
• Pleasant personality with good telephone manner
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
