Responsibilities:

• Handling full set of I/E shipping documents and declaration lodgment independently
• Coordinate with external and internal parties for shipment issues
• Keeping track of the shipment schedule and to ensure prompt delivery
• Perform general clerical duties
• Office administrative tasks which including office environment/ maintenance, procurement
• Compliance to company regulations & policies
• Assisting Supervisor/Senior on ad hoc assignment

Requirements:

• F.7 or Diploma holder and above
• 1 year relevant experience in shipping 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Tradelink and import procedures
• Good command in English and Putonghua
• Motivated and good communication skills
• Diligent, hard work, Independent and reliable
• Immediate available preferred
