Job Description

 

MUST meet below Requirements

  1. HKCEE/DES 5 passes including Chinese & English Language, Mathematics or equivalent
  2. A minimum of 3 years’ full time clerical/administrative working experience;
  3. Preferably with working experience in manning hotline or customer service;
  4. Knowledge in MS Word and Excel; and
  5. Good word processing skills.

 

Duties :

  • Man a public enquiry hotline for the office;
  • Handle complaints and enquiries;
  • Provide clerical and logistical support for publicity campaigns and related activities; and
  • Assist in other tasks assigned.
