Job Responsibilities:

• Support daily administrative work and development of education materials
• Interact and work directly with parents and students via smooth handling of walk-in/telephone/email inquiries and lesson bookings in a professional manner
• Provide professional and comprehensive customer service aiming to establish and retaining relationship with students as well as parents
• Understand the needs of parents and students and able to recommend the suitable programs
• Ensure the smooth running of daily operations of the centre
• Participate in various meetings to give suggestions on any necessary improvement

Essential Qualities:

• Bachelor's graduates in any discipline with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in customer service and hospitality is a definite advantage
• Responsible and able to work in a multi-cultural environment.
• Good command in Cantonese, fluent in spoken and written English is a must
• Attention to detail and good problem solving skills
• Strong knowledge in digital marketing is a plus
• Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize when necessary
• Knowledge of local and international educational systems or experience working in educational field preferred but not essential
• Competency in Microsoft office
