Responsibilities: 

• Providing administration support to marketing department;
• Handling sales related documents such as preparing sales contract, sales invoice;
• Managing customer information and sales records;
• Coordinating with different parties to ensure a smooth work flow of sales process;
• Participating in ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements: 

• Diploma or above in Business, Marketing or related studies;
• 2 years of working experience in marketing or business development, experience in petrochemical or related industry is an advantage;
• Experiencing in SAP system in an advantage;
• Good communication and inter-personal skills;
• Be proficient in MS office;
• Fluent in speaking and writing Cantonese, English, Mandarin;
• Fresh graduate are welcome.
