Job Description
Responsibilities :
- To support the departmental general duties, human resources and IT agreement administration in the IT department, and general support to colleagues.
- Responsible for the IT budget bookkeeping, vendor/supplier co-ordination, IT payment, vendor/supplier contract follow up and performance analysis.
- Monitoring license record, IT helpdesk request status etc.
- Perform data analysis of IT systems data and preparing the services level analysis and control reports
- Maintain IT asset register
- Manage the filing system and document control system;
- Handle petty cash payment
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements :
- University graduate in Business, E-commerce, Information System or related disciplines
- Secondary school graduate or above （also consider according to experience)
- Exposure in IT field is preferable.
- Experience in IT budget management, IT payment, and/or IT agreement management.
- Skillful on the office software, e.g. Word/Excel/Power Point.
- Responsible, self-motivated and good organizational skill.
- Knowledge of IT Assets management is preferred
- Good command of spoken Cantonese, and business communication in English
- Good interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in Microsoft Windows and Office
- Immediately available is preferable
