Job Descriptions:

ŸManage full cycle of recruitment including drafting job descriptions, job posting, searching, shortlisting candidates , interview arrangement, offer negotiation, onboarding and employees’ relations to ensure all HR practices comply with local labour law

ŸEstablish and implement sourcing strategies to develop candidates through difference recruitment channels

ŸSource and recommend external service providers on talent acquisition, payroll and HR compliance services in designated countries for management review

ŸParticipate in global recruitment activities and staff orientation

ŸParticipate in HR projects, including job fair, market research, reports and any projects related to HR operation.

ŸContribute good value to our employer’s branding throughout the recruitment process

ŸHandle other ad hoc HR tasks as required

Job Requirements:

ŸBachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related disciplines preferred

ŸMinimum 3-4 years' relevant recruiting experience gained from sizable organizations

ŸStrong experiences in overseas talent acquisition is highly preferred.

ŸExcellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English (other language is an asset)

ŸProficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.

ŸPositive, initiative, result driven and be an active team player with strong interpersonal skill

ŸAble to work under pressure and dynamic environment.

ŸImmediately available is highly preferred
