The client is a respected global financial group, is now seeking an Assistant Manager /Sr. Officer, Policy Administration(Operational Excellence)- Insurance (25k – 40k) to join their growing team in Asia Pacific.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee incoming Policy Administration Processing Operations
• Continuous reassessment and analysis of work flow and procedure, identifying improvements to mitigate risk and improve overall services
• Prepare test cases and participate in User Acceptance Test
• Perform quality control and ensure the compliance of company policies and guidelines, e.g. AML and FNA checking
• Ensure  amendments , alternations or  other  transactions  requested by clients are  processed  in  accordance  with  relevant  procedures  and  regulatory requirements 
• Enhance operational efficiency by working with relevant internal stakeholders through process streamlining and improvement
• Provide assistance to senior management in day-to-day operations of the department

Requirements:

• Degree  holder  with  minimum  4  years  in Life Insurance Industry
• Solid experience with Insurance Operations and/or Projects
• Life Insurance experience is a must
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
