Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of C&B functions including monthly payroll, MPF, insurance, tax returns filing and other benefit administration
• Assist in annual C&B exercises including salary benchmarking, performance appraisal, salary review and budgeting
• Prepare reports on human resources statistics such as turnover, headcount and staff movement reports for management review
• Maintain data accuracy in HRIS and assist in system maintenance and update
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Assist in other HR functions including recruitment, training and employee wellness programs

Requirements

• Degree holder
• Hands-on experience in payroll administration and employee benefits
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, related legislation and regulations
• High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• High accuracy and able to meet tight schedule
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Independent, proactive, well-organized and a good team player
