Job Description

Key Responsibilities
1. Process T&E Expense Reimbursement in specific system
2. Travel / restaurant booking
3. Prepare voucher forms
4. Prepare daily,monthly or quarterly reports for the management

Qualifications & Skills
1. Ability to stay motivated and work effectively under stress, high attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility and responsiveness
2. Comfortable in working with proprietary software/ technological products
3. Fluent English/ Cantonese/ Mandarin (read, write and speak)
4. Comfortable with MS Excel, Word
5. Be strict to implement any client specific policy or procedure
6. Able to respond to requests in an efficient and professional way
7. Be comfortable in talking to people across divisions/ departments and levels
