Major Responsibilities

• Monitor the implementation of projects and programmes;
• Organize and manage music programmes and classes;
• Liaise with parents, tutors and helpers on class, outing, event and activities;
• Organize and manage events and activities;
• Programmes’ logistics and administrative duties, including phone and email communications, database management and filing, etc;
• Maintain inventory storage of music instruments and
• Perform ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree;
• Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience preferably gained in NGOs;
• Organized, self-motivated, detail-conscious and independent;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese and
• Able to work flexible hours.
