Job Description

Responsibilities:

    • General office administration support
      • Daily administrative works and documentary control
      • Including facilities management, equipment maintenance, handling office supplies.
      • Co-ordinate meeting, Organizing staff events
      • Travel & accommodation arrangement
      • Prepare Document to support company secretary
      • Process Approval and arrange all payment, Book keeping to outsource accountant
      • Organize exhibition events, assist marketing promotion and sales engagement
    • Provide full spectrum of HR functionsParticipate in ad-hoc duties & tasks
      • Payroll, MPF, Taxation Employee attendance & Leave management
      • Compensation & Benefits
      • Recruitment and manage staff relations.
      • Implement HR policies
    • Participate in ad-hoc duties & tasks

Requirements:

  • Degree or High Diploma holder in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in administration field
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of spoken and written English,Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST
  • Self-motivated, Independent, Responsible, Stable and strong team spirit
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, taxation, MPF & other legal regulations
  • Immediate available is preferable
