Job Responsibilities:

• Support supervisors in performing business analysis and prepare presentations for management analysis or decision making
• Coordinate with internal departments and external business counterparties to support clearing related initiatives, User Acceptance Test (UAT) and market rehearsals
• Participate in UAT and prepare internal and external documents such as Terminal User Guide
• Coordinate with internal departments to maintain contingnecy procedures; conduct internal and external annual drill exercises
• Assist in website maintenance and update website content
• Undertake other special or ad hoc projects as assigned by superiors

Job Requirements:

• University Degree, preferably in Finance/Business Administration/Information Technology or related subject
• At least 3 years' relevant experience in financial industry
• Self-motivated, with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
• Conversant with MS Word / Excel / Outlook / PowerPoint
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer
