Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of professional secretarial and administrative support to the Executive Director;
• Assist the Executive Director to liaise with external and internal parties for overall coordination of the group’s business activities;
• Arrange meetings, appointment schedule and business trips;
• Draft and prepare meeting minutes, report, presentation materials, letter and memo;
• Handle and manage various confidential correspondences, organize and maintain filing system and storage of confidential documents;
• Perform ad hoc assignments independently as assigned.

Requirements:

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Accurate writing skills;
• Diploma or above;
• Minimum 7 years related experience;
• Pleasant, mature, meticulous and highly organized;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Self-driven and capable to communicate effectively with staffs at all levels;
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Chinese word processing.
