Job Summary:

• Manage and monitor day-to-day operations and administration of sales to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the execution of sales administration/support policies and procedures.
• Monitor and finalize individual sales achievement within the timeline of incentive payment date.
• Manage daily sales administration support (e.g. customer price maintenance, order taking and submission, shipment tracking) to deliver smooth operational excellence.
• Manage activities related to general administration for sales and marketing (e.g. office admin, SAP maintenance, lodging) in accordance to agreed service level standards.
• Develop and monitor continuous improvements of the operational performance in terms of services, efficiency, quality and safety.
• Manage and build collaboration with internal departments to resolve issues affecting administration and support services delivered.

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, or an equivalent degree
• 3-5 years experience in a similar role
• Demonstrate strong administrative and organization skills
• Proven knowledge and experience in SAP
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, and Mandarin is added advantage
