Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of various external training programmes and events for members including HKIHRM Pay Trend and Training Trend Seminar, mini-conferences, ad-hoc programmes and projects
  • Responsible for programme development, promotion and administration
  • Conduct research and develop recommendations
  • Produce marketing materials including advertisements, brochures, flyers and newsletters
  • Perform other duties as required

 
Requirements

  • A bachelor degree holder with 1-2 relevant experience in conducting training, marketing and/or events management
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Highly self-motivated with good attention to details
  • A team player with good project management, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Multi-tasking, able to meet deadlines and work under pressure during seasonal period
  • Good command of Chinese and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Training Officer

 
Work location: Causeway Bay
