Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement education and publicity initiatives for promoting different projects
• Conduct research and prepare quotation documents for the appointment of out-sourced contractors
• Provide secretariat/administrative support, where necessary
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by senior officers

 Qualifications:

• A first/second class honours degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent
• At least three years’ relevant working experience in coordinating and organising community projects and educational/publicity programmes, and monitoring and liaising with contractors.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong analytical power, detail-oriented and self-motivated, and good communication and interpersonal skill. 
• Good knowledge in computer applications including MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint), Chinese word processing and data management.
